Nova (formerly Multi) is a Discord bot developed by Nirmini Development. This policy outlines the types of data Nova collects, how it is used, and your rights. Our guiding principles are transparency, privacy, and purpose-driven data handling.

2. What Data We Collect

a. User Data

• Discord User ID
• Discord Username
• Email Address (via OAuth2)
• Time Zone
• Roblox ID, Username, Display Name
• Birthday info (optional): date, UID to ping

b. Server Data

• Guild ID
• Group Name, Nirmini ID
• Roblox binds (group, badge, gamepass)
• Role and command configs
• RBX group, subscription status
• Appeal settings and cooldowns
• Moderation case logs
• Birthday ping configs
• Action log status

3. How We Use This Data

We use collected data to enable moderation, verification, personalization, and secure web authentication. Data helps us improve performance, protect against abuse, and support users. We do not use your data for ads, profiling, or resale.

4. Who Has Access

Only authorized members of the Nirmini Engineering & Development Division may access this data. No third-party contractors are given access. All access is logged and regularly reviewed.

5. Data Retention

• Stored as long as Nova is present in the server
• Email/OAuth2 data is deleted when revoked or on request
• Case logs and birthdays persist unless cleared

6. Transparency & Control

Users may request their stored data or request deletion at any time. Deletion may affect feature availability. Revoking OAuth2 access can be done via Discord. Contact us via the Support Server.

7. Community Conduct & Server Eligibility

We do not enforce conduct policies on other servers, but communities that go against Nirmini’s values may lose access to previews, betas, or special features. We don't punish communities but may limit perks.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Major changes will be announced via the Support Server and posted on the dashboard or website.
